Guided Meditation & Sound Bath

Are you looking to incorporate meditation as a daily part of your life? New to meditation or would like to experience a guided meditation & sound bath?


I facilitate Guided Meditation & Sound Bath every Wednesday evening at 8pm and every Saturday morning at 11am.  Meditation is a good practice to include daily to help you keep your focus and to be still enough to hear the answers to what you're asking.  Sit back and get comfortable as I led you to a meditation that will enhance, awake and heal your soul.


This week's topic is going to be healing, manifestation and just being.  Each meditation we will dive a little deeper, be sure not to miss out.  Currently available in person or via zoom.
