I facilitate Guided Meditation & Sound Bath every Wednesday evening at 8pm and every Saturday morning at 11am. Meditation is a good practice to include daily to help you keep your focus and to be still enough to hear the answers to what you're asking. Sit back and get comfortable as I led you to a meditation that will enhance, awake and heal your soul.
