Walking With Grief: A Sacred Invitation to Heal
There’s a kind of grief that takes the wind out of your lungs.
It doesn’t knock—you just wake up one day in its grasp. That’s how it was for me when I lost my child to suicide. Words failed. My body ached. My spirit felt like it had vanished into silence. I numbed myself with wine for a year, just trying to stay afloat. But something deeper within whispered: You don’t want to die. You want to feel. You want to live again—even in this new, shattered version of life.
I created Grief 8: Standing in My Truth not as a way to “fix” grief, but as a way to honor it—to move with it in a way that’s healing, embodied, and sacred.
This 8-module course, The Loop of Loss: Breaking Free From Paralyzing Grief, is not about “getting over it.” It’s about walking through it—slowly, gently, soulfully—with the support and tools I wish I had from the beginning.

Every module includes a 5–10 minute SoulFirmation Yoga session—a sacred practice I created that combines deep breathing, gentle postures, and soul-anchored affirmations. This is not about fitness. It’s about healing through sacred embodiment—anchoring your body in presence so your heart can begin to mend.

All sessions will be recorded and given to the participants

We will meet every Monday and Wednesday during this time for a total of 8 sessions.
