Every full or new moon come experience the incredible vibes of a drum circle guided meditation and sound bath by Jeremy and Shaman Rah. Show up with a great attitude and vibe for an incredible time drumming, praying and raising vibrations through sound. Just to make you aware, some of the benefits of drumming include: inducing altered states of consciousness, unifying the right and left brain, producing deep self-awareness and healing of all four bodies. Bring your own drum, we have a limited supply of drums for use.
