In this 60-minute session, Angel will guide you through a heart-centered practice where each posture is paired with powerful affirmations that anchor you into your truth and help you release what no longer serves you. Soulfirmations Yoga is more than movement — it’s a healing ritual that invites you to speak life into your body and reconnect with your higher self. Suitable for all levels.(May want to consult with physician if you've had prior injuries to determine if yoga is suitable for you) If you are on your Divine cycle and pregnant some poses may not be suitable for you.
